WHO IS THIS FRENCH IMMERSION RETREAT FOR?

This immersive French retreat is intended for all French language and culture lovers who want to not only get the gist of the language but also immerse themselves in French culture while traveling. If you are a beginner in French or you want to advance your current skills, you are going to learn a full French-Entry-A-level course that will leave you with great basic conversational French skills, just how it is spoken in France! As we will have our trip leader Angela co-hosting on this trip, you will have to chance to practice your French firsthand with a native speaker.

You will learn about the best methods for effective language learning through methodic workshops that teach you not only the theory but will be put into practice day by day when going about the French life!

If you haven’t done a language retreat before, this is the time to savour the benefits of learning while you dive into the cultural aspects of a society.  Ultimately it will be one of the best things you’ll ever experience (we’re speaking out of experience) and that is why we are more than happy to accompany you on your language learning journey!

Day 1-3: Arrival in Paris - Bienvenue à Paris!

This is your arrival day and we are more than excited to host you on our French retreats in Paris! Experience the French way of life with locals (us). Let's kick this week off with the first weekend in Paris. During the next few days, you will enjoy our itinerary with daily activities and French lessons during the weekdays.

Day 4-6: Explore Paris

On Monday you'll officially start your French lessons, woohoo! After our delicious French breakfast, we will continue to have daily lessons. This will be an interactive, real-life French lesson on how the language is actually used when we're going to be out and about on our cultural activities! Enjoy activities during the week like
  • exploring Paris and Versailles (guided tours)
  • Seine river boat tour
  • Bastille Day festivities
  • French Art (Louvre Museum)
  • baking your favorite Macarons in a French pastry cooking class, and much more.
   

And of course, we'll save the highlight for our last day in Paris: BASTILLE DAY, French National Day!

If you haven't experienced France's National holiday, the 14th July in Paris yet, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. During the day you'll get to see parades and top of the day with a picnic at the Champ-de-Mars (Parisian tradition), concert, and midnight fireworks right at the Eiffel Tower.

You will be staying at apartments in Paris and Nice (France) with daily breakfast included.
     

Paris Retreat Registration

The French Riviera and Paris are travel hot spots in July (especially the French Riviera) therefore the participation spots are limited!

To register for our France trip, please fill in the following form and pay the deposit fee* to save your spot. Once you have filled out the form you will be redirected to pay the deposit fee with PayPal which will complete your registration. Please note, that this is necessary to ensure that anyone interested can guarantee their spot, as participation is limited to a maximum of 10 people. Your application is only valid and complete with the paid deposit fee. After successfully registering, we will contact you within 48 hours to communicate the further steps and pay the rest amount.
