What is the maximum travel group size?

To ensure that you get the most optimized learning environment, we truly believe that less is more when it comes to group and class sizes. The maximum participants size of our courses is up to 10 people per destination. This allows not only more beneficial learning results but also creates a more close-knit travel and language community where you feel comfortable expressing yourself in another language.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes! Due to Covid-19 and securing health care while traveling, we require each participant to get travel insurance for the length of their stay.

Can men also join the language retreat?

Yes, sure! Everyone is more than welcome to join us!

Are all rooms shared ones? And, can I get my own room?

Yes, we base our group accommodation on shared occupancy, meaning either a double bed or two twin beds. Rooms are always separated by gender.

Are their single occupancy rooms?

Yes, we have single rooms for a little extra charge. If you wish to get a single room, please make sure to specify this option on the registration form.

Do I have to have a certain level to take language lessons?

No, not at all! You don’t have to have any previous notions of a language when applying for our courses. You can literally start from zero!

Do I need a PCR Covid-test ?

Yes! It is mandatory for all our destinations to present a negative PCR-test taken no longer than 72 hours before the arrival to your destination country. So, if you are flying to one of our destinations your test needs to be no older than 72 hours at the time of your arrival. In some destinations you might additionally get tested upon arrival. However for specific information, please ensure that you have read the entry requirements for your selected travel destination, as we do not take any responsibility, if you are denied entry due to missing documentation, visas or Covid PCR-tests.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer customisable payment plans specific for your needs. All payments must be completed up to 30 days prior to course dates.

Can I use my American credit card in Cuba?

No, not at all! European credit cards are generally accepted in ATMs however American credit cards are not accepted. Please make sure to bring your money in cash to Cuba! When traveling to Cuba, also make sure you inform yourself about the current situation in regards to currency exchanges. Since different nationalities participate in our language trips, we cannot provide all information for each nationality. Should you need further assistance, we are more than happy to deliver more information on your case.

Is my deposit refundable?

To ensure your spot and confirm your registration for one of our language retreats and culture trips we require an upfront deposit of 550€ which is non-refundable. The rest of the payment can be paid by choosing your custom monthly payment plan.

What happens if the trip gets cancelled due to Covid? Will, I get a refund?

Yes! If a trip gets cancelled by us due to Covid restrictions, you will get a total refund of any payment made and a voucher of the deposit which can be used on any upcoming trip. Please read more about refund policies in the Terms and Conditions.
